Orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver. Your package will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

We offer free ground shipping in Canada on orders over $150, and offer $10 CAD flat rate shipping in Canada on orders under $150 via Canada Post. 

For shipping to the US, orders under $200 are $8 USD flat rate and over $200 are $12 USD flat rate. All duties are already included in the price and will not be charged, and taxes if applicable will be calculated at checkout. US orders typically take up to 7 days to clear customs.

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout or alternatively send a note to info@lastlightcollection.com and we can find the best rate for your package.

We offer complimentary shipping on linen swatches so you can see and feel the fabric in advance of your purchase. 

Last Light is not liable for shipments lost in transit. If you believe your shipment has been lost please send a note to info@lastlightcollection.com and we will attempt to locate your package. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.

Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed goods in original condition returned within 30 days of receipt. Linens must be returned in original packaging.

Shipping, return shipping, international shipping and duties and taxes are non-refundable. Returned items purchased on a gift card are credited back onto a gift card.

To initiate a return, please email info@lastlightcollection.com with your order # and the products you'd like to return and reason for return. We'll contact you with instructions on next steps to process.

We charge a restock fee to help cover the cost of return shipping and to offer a pre-paid return label. Canadian returns have a $8 CAD restock fee and US returns have a $20 USD restock fee.

If you would like to exchange an item please initiate a return and place a new order.

Last Light accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

For longevity, wash your linens in cold or warm, on gentle cycle with like colours. Hang dry or dry on low heat only to preserve fibres. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Don’t overdry the linen as it takes the moisture out of the fibres and creates a dry hand-feel.
